1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Certain types of products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale


2. Return Process

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photographs of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).


3. Refunds (if applicable)

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer after confirmation.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at techhemster@gmail.com.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.
We will inspect the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.


6. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at techhemster@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
